Aisha Jamila Hinds, an American actress best known for her roles on the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has proved her abilities as an actress, delivering amazing performances on TV shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her character Anna in the 2005 movie Assault on Precinct 13. The first time she was recognized was for her performance in the biographical film All the Way. Hind received praise for portraying Harriet Tubman, in WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television have renewed the series' third season. In the last few days, Hind completed filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set for a release in the middle of 2019. Bachchan was crowned the queen of Bollywood through her performance as Paro the betrayed lover of Paro in Devdas, (2002). Devdas was one of Bollywood's most successful films. It also was the first film that was screened at Cannes Film Festival. She received great praise for her role on the screen in Chokher Bali (2003) which was a dramatic, ad-hoc drama that was based on the Rabindranath Tag book. That same year, she was the first Indian actress to be a member of the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan was part of Gurinder Chedha's Bride and Prejudice. This musical and ballet adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan has brought her fame and her beauty to her most acclaimed English film. Prior to releasing Provoked: A True Story 2006 in English, she went back to Bollywood to star in Dhoom: 2 (2006 smash hit). Abhishek Bachchan got married to her in April 2007. He's both a Bollywood celebrity and regular co-star.
